I'm Vladislav, a passionate student and hobbyist from Novi Sad. I love getting a new challenge and learning by experimenting with different technologies and playing around with the latest technologies. I also love hiking and cycling, so you could say I'm very persistent when I put my mind towards something.
- π Iβm currently a fourth (and final) year student of Applied Software Engineering at the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad.
- π Finished high school with avid knowledge of computer networking which was my course of study in those 4 years. Also gained knowledge about the fundamentals of managing/administrating servers (web/file/DNS).
- π₯οΈ Currently learning the entire MERN stack on my own so I can take any role in web software development (currently focusing on React, as well as a bit of backend in Express).
- π± Expanding my knowledge in the thriving world of artificial intelligence (learning how to implement AI APIs into applications).
- π οΈ Recently entered the amazing world of cybersecurity and I'm constantly working towards improving my knowledge, as well as having fun solving all kinds of challenges and puzzles that I can learn from.
###π Experience, Awards and Competitions
- π Completed a course by Foundation: Center for Young Talents in 2019 and getting a certificate of advanced C knowledge (My earliest 'victory' in the Software Engeneering World π)
- π₯ Won 2nd place in the IEEE4 Challenge in 2023 organised at EVDAYS, which improved my problem-solving efficiency and approach towards new problems, as well as learning so much about the industry
- π§βπ» Competed in a beginner CTF cybersecurity challenge and I would love to dedicate my time towards learning more about the topic
- π οΈ Attended a workshop hosted by VEGA IT about React in 2024 and it made me much more eager to learn more about the framework. Also, it was a very good time to test my knowledge I have ammased so far.
