I oversee a number of developers who are predominantly backend devs. We also support many websites (microsites/micro apps where we would like consistent look and feel) and use bootstrap for our design framework and i am finding it increasingly difficult to ensure that the devs are using proper html and css class syntax/structure based on the bs docs. Is there any existing tooling out there that would help out with this? I saw someone mention a VS code plugin to do similar things. Any ideas as to how to enforce these kinds of things?
