Description

fabric-tools container doesnt have fabric-ca-client or orderer tools installed. Checked in

  • /etc/hyperledger/fabric/*
  • /usr/local/bin

Neither have the tools needed to manage other containers.

Attempted to this is as a base image and install those tools, and continually ran into issues getting it to work, so raising here for someone smarter to give a shot.

The fabric-tools Docker image has been deprecated since Fabric v2.2. Images are no longer published since Fabric v3.0.

If you need a Docker image containing Fabric binaries, I suggest building your own. Prebuilt binaries are published for each Fabric release. See links at the bottom of the release page.
